Offensive subjects: If you feel like something might be offensive, lets talk it out first. But I don't take a character's comments as something the mun might agree with, so don't worry too much.

Kissing this character: On the head/cheek/etc, sure! Otherwise, it depends. Only innocent situations, and, remember, he is a child.
Flirting with this character: Innocent stuff, and not people much older than him.
Fighting with this character: Sure!
Injuring this character: Not too seriously? Sure. Serious injuries require talking and plotting beforehand.
Killing this character: Once again, lets talk it beforehand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure thing, if that's something your character does.

Warnings:
He's not generally a fighter, but, while he's still young and mostly unexperienced, he still has magical powers (mostly shield-like and defense-based). He's also pretty physically strong, and doesn't really know his own strength when he's really upset (but he doesn't really tend to harm others). Otherwise, I don't think there's much else to say.
